Publisher Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Trafficgold Publisher Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, the referring publisher (“Referrer”) agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Referral Commission

Referrers are eligible to receive a referral commission equal to 5% of the net revenue generated by the referred publisher (“Referred Publisher”), subject to the conditions outlined in this Agreement.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Referral commissions will only be paid if:

• The Referred Publisher is a new publisher not already registered, active, or previously known in Trafficgold’s database or systems.
• The Referred Publisher is approved by Trafficgold following standard compliance and quality checks.
• The Referred Publisher generates valid, legitimate, and compliant traffic.

4. Fraudulent or Invalid Traffic

Trafficgold reserves the right to withhold or deny referral commissions if the Referred Publisher generates:

• Fraudulent traffic
• Bot traffic
• Incentivized, misleading, or artificial traffic
• Any traffic deemed invalid or non-compliant by Trafficgold

Trafficgold shall have sole discretion in determining whether traffic is fraudulent or invalid.

5. Existing Publishers

No referral commission will be paid for publishers who:

• Already exist in Trafficgold’s database;
• Have previously registered with Trafficgold;
• Are already in communication or negotiation with Trafficgold prior to the referral.

6. Commission Payments

Referral commissions will be calculated and paid according to Trafficgold’s standard payment schedule and reporting system.

Trafficgold reserves the right to delay or withhold payments for verification, fraud review, or compliance purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Referrers may not:

• Misrepresent Trafficgold or its services;
• Engage in fraudulent referral activity;
• Create fake accounts or duplicate publisher profiles;
• Attempt to manipulate referral tracking or commission calculations.

Any violation may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Program Changes and Termination

Trafficgold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Final Decision

All decisions made by Trafficgold regarding referral eligibility, traffic quality, publisher approval, and commission payments are final and binding.
